What to expect

We can't wait to meet you! You can expect to be welcomed by friendly faces as you enter our parking lot and walk into our buildings! We run a golf cart on Sunday mornings to help usher folks from the parking lot to the main entrance. Our volunteers are always happy to help you find a seat or answer any questions! You can stop by our Host Table outside to see what's going on at Vertical Church and fill out a Connect Card! During our services, you can expect a time of worship followed by a 35 minute message focused on Bible-teaching. We have a coffee bar and snacks to help you feel at home. There is no dress code at Vertical Church! Just come as you are and we promise that you will feel at home.

Vertical Kids Ministry

Vertical Kids Ministry

We have a children's program at the 11am Service in the Modular Building, to the left of the main entrance. You can sign-in your children in under the main portico entrance on Sunday.

We believe, wholeheartedly, in investing in the children of our church. Whether your kids attend our kids' program or stay with you in service, we love to see kids and families at church! 

For children who attend the 9AM Service or stay in the 11AM Service, we have worship bags and/or clipboards for their enjoyment! We also have a family worship area which includes rocking chairs and an area for your kids to play.

Vertical Students

Wednesday Night Gatherings: We are meeting on Wednesday nights from 5:30-8pm! We meet at Vertical Church Blairsville. Our time consists of fun games, worship, and biblical teaching. We can’t wait to grow towards Jesus together! 

 After-School Pickup & Hangout:  During the school year, Our Youth Director, Samantha Vance, arranges after-school pick up for students coming to Youth on Wednesdays. If your student needs a ride to the church to hang out until Youth starts at 5:30pm, email Sam here at: svance@vcotm.org

VC Blairsville's Story

Our Blairsville Campus started meeting in 2017 at the North Ga Technical College. After finding growth as a young church, 2020 hit with its own struggles of the pandemic. Forced to relocate for Sunday services, Vertical Church reopened the doors in the gymnasium of the Mountain Area Christian Academy. Then in 2023, after 6 years of being a mobile church, Vertical Church Blairsville purchased our current building in downtown Blairsville. We are excited to see how the Lord continues to move at our Blairsville Campus!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Vertical Church is an independent non-denominational church. 

Our beliefsOur Story

Vertical Church does not have traditional church "membership." We invite anyone who wants to official call Vertical Church "home" to come to our quarterly Join the Family Class. At the class, we talk about what it means to be a part of the Vertical family. It includes a time for us to share more about the church and answer any questions you may have. 

We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and should be read from Genesis to Revelation. While we do not have an official "favorite" version of the Bible, on Sunday's you will often find us using (but not limited to) the New Living Translation (NLT) or English Standard Version (ESV)! If you do not have a Bible, we would love to give you one! Just ask any of our Sunday Volunteers!
